ENTER EARLY AND SAVE! The entry fee is $695 per team for entries received by 11:59 pm EST on March 1, 2013. For entries received between March 2, 2013 and May 9, 2013 at 11:59 pm EST, the entry fee is $795 per team. All teams will be accepted into the Championships on a first-come, first-served basis, until divisions are full. It is possible for divisions to fill prior to the deadline, so get your entry in early!

The 13 Classic and 18 Classic divisions have been added for 2013. The Open division is the highest, most competitive division. Club is the middle level of play and Classic is the lower level of play.
